It's time for the African nation to wake-up and acknowledge the issues that Africa has faced for many decades. We need our own system that puts us in the global market, (one Pan-African global payment system) that works for our national issues. This digital currency should be govern with gold reservations! that's the only way our Pan-African people and our politicians can leave-up with equal share-hold of the IMF or WB. Also we can control our own economy.
